LEVEL is a collective of architects and designers. Our collaborative team responds to client and context with intuitive, dynamic solutions that elevate the human experience.
At its core, LEVEL was built upon collaboration and connection. After meeting in 2003, founders Michael Wilkinson and Greg Gibson quickly developed a working relationship that capitalized on each of their strengths. In 2016, they formed Level Architecture — a collective built upon the collaborative relationship that informs every aspect of the practice.
From this connection comes everything else.

Our senior leadership is equipped with decades of problem-solving skills and technical proficiency. Our approach keeps us agile and forward-thinking, allowing us to work across a broad range of scales, programs, and building types. Because we understand each project is based on its unique opportunities and challenges, we feel equally comfortable working on private residences, mixed use buildings, urban master plans, or country estates. Our designs don’t just adapt to their surroundings and context, they are born from them.

Our team gives our clients individualized, boutique attention coupled with the talent, experience, and capabilities of a large firm. While ours is an inherently creative process, we constantly strive to maintain project schedules and budgetary objectives. We have a long track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
