Ben Paulus

Ben Paulus joins Level as an intern this winter through the University of Cincinnati Co-op Program. He is currently working towards his Masters of Architecture at UC, having graduated from the school’s undergraduate architecture program in 2020. With a minor in political science and a certification in Green Roofs, he brings a wide, welcome range of knowledge and skills to the team.

Prior to joining Level, Ben participated in multiple other internships that transported him from coast to coast. He has worked on retail design with MG2 in Seattle, helped create corporate interiors with Perkins & Will in Dallas, and designed for senior living with Baltimore’s BCT Architects.

This past summer, finding extra time on his hands due to COVID-19 restrictions, Ben discovered a fondness for making furniture for his apartment. His projects included transforming a mattress pad into a headboard, as well as giving an old armoire new life in the form of both a bar and sofa table.
