Aaron Beyers

Senior project manager

Aaron Beyers is a Senior Project Manager, responsible for the design, documentation, coordination, and management of multidisciplinary teams for projects in the office. He successfully executes projects from initial visioning through completion. Aaron leads a collaborative process that marries ideology and technical precision, while evoking the strengths of the larger team. Driven by the pursuit of exceptionally designed solutions, he works with rigor and passion for both concept and detail clarity. Aaron knows that large or small, every detail is essential.


Prior to joining Level, Aaron was a senior associate at DMAC Architecture for 11 years, working a wide variety of projects including restaurants, health clubs, hotels, mixed-use, masterplans, single family homes, custom art installs, and furniture design with a focus on testing/exploring innovative ideas and concepts. From 2007 to 2009, he worked with JAHN (formerly Murphy/Jahn) on large tower and convention center projects in Doha, Qatar, where he played an integral part in the design, detailing, and coordination of highly complex tower facades.


An Illinois native, he received a Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelors of Architecture from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He’s a registered architect in Illinois since 2014, a LEED Accredited Professional since 2009, and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
