Level's Coach House Proposal Featured in Chicago Cityscape

Level was recently featured in the Chicago Cityscape article "A better ADU rule has the potential to build lower-cost houses on vacant land." The article, written by Steven Vance, discusses how the accessory dwelling unit (ADU) ordinance set to go before the Chicago City Council next week has received a revision that would bar potential new homeowners from "building the coach house first" on a vacant lot—a key tenant of Level's original proposal for the the future of the ADU.
