Lincoln Square Revamp

We wanted to share just a few photos of this Lincoln Square renovation. Michael and Greg, at their previous firm, added a second floor and rear addition to this home in Lincoln Square back in 2006.  At the time, the clients hadn't wanted to do a complete gut rehab, so some of the areas remained as-is. Fast-forward to 2016 — the couple has three children and were ready to make some changes and optimize both their basement (which was unfinished) and their kitchen. Level was charged with designing a finished basement to provide a play area for the kids and a guest suite. On the main level, we moved the stair to the basement, shifted and minimized the powder room, and found space for a kitchen pantry.  The kitchen was revamped with new appliances, cabinets, finishes, and fixtures. We wrapped this project up in the Spring of 2018.
