MONTROSE APARTMENTS

This project consists of a second story addition of two apartment units over an existing one-story commercial building. The rental apartments have open plan living areas and spacious roof decks overlooking an active commercial street. Building upgrades also include a new glass/aluminum storefront system and a signage package.
